Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed are will be processed and ship within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 3-5 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. 

For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. 

For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select your shipment option upon checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Shipping Options

For all US orders we offer Free shipping when you spend over the said dollar amount.

For International orders, we offer these shipping options:

USPS First Class Package International

7 to 21 business days

USPS Priority Mail International

6 to 10 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express International

3 to 5 business days

All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ShopHana.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
